How Do I Get Started

First Step:  If you are a first time homebuyer or have purchased many homes, I always like to meet in my office in Front Range Village Fort Collins to discuss your needs.  When I act as your buyer's agent, my services are provided at no cost to you.  They are paid by the seller.

Home Buyer's Priorities:  Click on the above image to access the Home Buyer's Priority Checklist.  You can then print this and fill out your home buying wish list.  Use this tool to prioritize what is most important to you and your family in your new home.

Search My Website:  Start by saving searches.  The website will automatically update daily and email you when your search criteria is met.  You can also run market reports on communities, zip codes, towns and map areas to get a good idea of home pricing in your desired neighborhoods.  You can see information on local schools, taxes, zoning, HOA, and detailed information with photo slide shows on each property.

Finances:  If you have a lender already great!  If not, we can consult with you to decide what type of financing best suits your needs.  After we understand you situation and down payment options, we will recommend two or three lenders that can offer the financing you need. 

Prequalification Letter:  If you are borrowing money to purchase your home you will need a Prequalification letter from your lender.  This can be done with a quick phone call and an email.  Most sellers will not accept your offer unless you have this.

What Are Your Resources

Technology:  As you can see from my website I have the most up to date Real Estate Market Reports in Northern Colorado, Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor, Loveland, Greeley and surrounding towns..  From the above link, you can run your own market report for a town, neighborhood or map area.  Many of the neighborhood pages on my website have up to date market reports showing the Active, Under Contract and Sold properties. This is a hot and fast paced market and I use the latest technology and data gathering to make sure you have an advantage when buying a home

Multiple Listing Service (MLS): We use the local MLS service and send you email updates daily based on your search criteria.  You can also setup several searches if you are interested in different neighborhoods, schools, or housing.
