A Buyer's Agent will advocate for you throughout the entire process from the contract, to the inspection process, to the appraisal and all the way to closing and occupancy. My services as a Buyer's Agent are no cost to you and does not increase the price of the home so why not have a representative advocating for you? The builder usually already has factored in the cost of the Buyer's Real Estate Agent anyway. Also a builders contract heavily favors the builder and not the buyer. This contract is very different from the Colorado residential resale contract that heavily favors the buyer.
