Why Should I Use a Buyer's Agent on New Construction?
If you are the buyer my services are at no cost to you. My services as a Buyer’s Agent are paid for by the seller.
If you are interviewing Real Estate agents, one question you may want to ask is: "Are you a Buyer's Agent or a Transaction Broker?". What does this mean? As a Buyer's Agent, I work solely on behalf of the buyer to promote the interests of the buyer with the utmost good faith, loyalty and fidelity. I will negotiate on behalf of and act as an advocate for the buyer. A Transaction Broker will assist the buyer in the real estate transaction and is not an advocate to either the buyer or seller.
