Located at the Northwest corner of Crossroads Blvd and Weld County Road 17 also called 7th street in Windsor lies Pelican Farms.  Pelican Farms is a new neighborhood in Windsor, CO from Journey Homes and is only 4 miles from the I25 Crossroads exit.  This neighborhood sits at about 4900 feet in elevation and many homes have beautiful mountain views to the West.  Most of the homes in Pelican Farms are new or under construction as of late 2016 and the home prices range from the low $300's to the high $400's.  This neighborhood is served by the Windsor RE-4 school district and the assigned schools are Mountain View Elementary, Windsor Middle and Windsor High Schools.
