I’m excited to share my love of Northern Colorado with you while we search for your new home. I love it here! Northern Colorado is a fantastic place to live with 300 days of sunshine a year, four distinct seasons, and a culture that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle. I was a West Coast girl from California and my husband Scott was an East coast boy from Connecticut. We married in 2000 and accepted a job transfer to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2001 because it’s ranked as one of the best places to live and we wanted to start our family. We were quickly blessed with two awesome daughters, Danielle and Nicole. And let’s not forget the family dog, Buddy. We have never looked back!

We love Colorado and the great people here. It’s a great place to raise our family. We enjoy the festivals, restaurants, and shopping in Old Town Fort Collins. We like to ride bikes on the Poudre Trails, boating on Horsetooth Reservoir, and exploring nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Our daughters attend middle school in the highly regarded Poudre School District. I have been an active volunteer at my daughter’s schools, pioneering a new read-a-thon fundraiser at their elementary school and serving on the Parent Teacher Organization.   My heart truly is to help others. From volunteering at my local Church, to volunteering at school, I’m a go-to Mom available to lend a helping hand in my community.

I bring this willing attitude and dedication to you. I want to help my clients achieve their home ownership dreams. I have personally bought, sold, and remodeled several homes. From simply freshening paint, to full blown kitchen and bathroom remodels, to installing hardwood floors, and even designing an outdoor entertainer’s backyard with kitchen and fireplace, we have done it all! This experience can assist my clients in finding the home that’s just right for them, even if the home needs just a little love.

I bring with me a knowledge of the current real estate market, neighborhoods and local schools in Northern Colorado. I have a strong work ethic, and operate with open and honest communication, top notch listening skills, and integrity.
